At 53 metres (around 173ft long), the replacement of the thatched roof of this delapidated barn was probably one of the most challenging of all Michael McNamara Associates’ renovations.   Sitting rooms are on the first floor so the theatre of these exceptional open roof spaces can be fully appreciated.

They were converted into three properties with south facing walled gardens, garaging and studios.

They are all completed and sold.
